This Refund Policy applies to purchases of SmartMathBoard and any other paid product offered by NewYorkez LLC.
All payments are non-refundable, including subscription renewals and unused portions of a paid period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not offer a money-back guarantee.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time using the button below. Sign in with the same email you used to pay, then confirm your cancellation. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not refund any payment already made.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If you cannot find or cancel your subscription, or believe a charge was made in error, contact contact@smartmathboard.com with your order details. Payments and cancellations are processed through Stripe.
